Anthro attempt #2! Used some reference this time around for part of the pose, so hopefully it helped! Not perfect, but better - next up for improvement are hands! (:

Kiara for :iconsearii:! (:

More to come, this was fun! < 3 Can't wait to get this down a bit more so I can play with some more stylized things. (:

Haha you're very welcome! Thanks for offering her up for me to practice! (: I'm sorry that it turned out sort of a teeny tiny, though! ;__;

Woo, much much better proportion on the limbs! The way you have the feet drawn have me curious. There are so many ways to draw anthro legs, which do you prefer? Right now it looks like she's got human legs with her heels off the ground, but I don't think that was your intent. Just curious!

Thank you!

Ahahaha! Honestly, I have no idea!! D: I've looked around and feet/ankles are just terribly confusing! Some people draw them completely flat on the ground, other people draw them with the ankles more up like this, even while just standing? I think here I just wanted to see how it looked, but I'm not really digging it unless their weight isn't on that particular leg. So many ways to do them, I have no idea. ;__; I assume it just sort of comes down to being personal preference?

I'll probably do them more flat from now on, it just seems awkward to me to have them up on their tippy toes all the time. D:

Yes, it's totally a personal preference thing! I think the most widely used/anatomically preferrable way is where it looks like they're standing on tip toe. There are some that like to do it completely human-like. I don't like doing it those way, instead I make my calves really short and move the ankle much higher up. Maybe I just do this as an excuse to draw large paws, I dunno. XD
