do you have a technique for coming up with designs? does it matter on the breed or do they just kind of.. come to you? i always have trouble coming up with markings and color schemes and all that jazz. it gets very tedious trying to find natural, original markings. do you have any tips? i would be so happy if you could help! :)

Just the default photoshop CS brush on the hardest setting, nothing fancy! (:

Aww it does really look vague and opaque, I thought it was something else with the brush, like opacity and stuff. Thank you for replying!

The opacity plays a part, but mostly because of the pressure sensitivity of the tablet I'm using.. but because it's because of the tablet, it's not an actual setting in photoshop - I have it set to 100% opacity, and the pressure in the pen does the rest. D:
